(a) Business Associate will provide you the B2B Support process. (24×7)
To the existing customer of client across US/UK/AUS/CA/SA
(b) The Support will be provided through Calls, Chat/Email
Payout Details:
The Payout will be 12.50 USD per/Hr per Agent
Number of agents – 15
Geographic Location of Support – USA/UK/AUS/CA (Logging window)
Login Tenure: 24 hours per day
Login Days: Monday – Sunday
Monthly billing will be Approx. 1,34,000 USD (For 15 seat project)
Quality Parameters:
The Quality should be maintained above and equal to 95% as this is B2B Support and need to be handled with care.
Requirements:
Min 15 seats to start up
Fully Furnished Office with all the facilities, Dialer, Team, and CCTV must.
Dialer, Server, Lease Line Internet Connection, Good Infra
Security and Sign-up:
Sign up directly with End client based in USA.
Shifts timing
US/UK/AUS/CA shift (Monday to Sunday)
